Sweet Corn ... a couple ways

In pasta


With a little Parmesan and Olive Oil

On pizza


Also yellow bell peppers, cilantro and Frank's Hot Sauce = a little Mexican flavor for my pizza. This is something I would definitely repeat.


Grilled


A little olive oil salt and pepper to start, butter and old bay to finish. This was absolutely MOUtHWATERINGLY GOOD!
